Our company deals primarily with paper documents and files. We don't know much about imaging. Where do we begin?
Since many companies have not yet converted to electronic document storage, we have created a guide called Imaging Concepts, to assist with basic imaging terms. Another guide called Introducing ES Imaging addresses basic questions about the ES Imaging software.

Can we try ES Imaging before we commit and purchase the software?
Yes. We understand that evaluating software is an important step to making an informed decision to proceed with the purchase. Both a 30 day free trial and an interactive demo is available that allows anyone to try the software, before making any decisions.

Is ES Imaging customizable to fit the needs of our organization?
It certainly is. ES Imaging has been designed to incorporate maximum flexibility regardless of the special needs of the company. Your company's administrator will be able to tailor ES Imaging to your specific requirements. During the installation and setup period, consultants from ES Imaging will work with you to ensure the most appropriate configuration is determined. For specific feature details, see the ES Imaging Administration Guide.

Will ES Imaging work on PCs, Macs, and Smart Phones?
Yes. Unlike some competitors, ES Imaging is able to run on most platforms. See ES Imaging Technical Specifications for more details.

Does ES Imaging comply with the privacy requirements contained within HIPPA and Sarbonnes-Oxley laws?
Yes. Compliance with these regulations is achievable with the implementation of adequate permissions within ES Imaging. The software enables tight user and/or group based security that restricts unauthorized access to confidential information. Additionally, all user access and updates are recorded for auditing purposes.

Can a document or file be searched for a certain word or phrase?
Yes. This full text search functionality is achieved with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This functionality is built into ES Imaging.

Will staff be able to access documents or files offsite?
Certainly. During installation of ES Imaging, the software can be optionally configured to allow Internet access. Then ES Imaging can be accessed using a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Chrome. Simply use the assigned account and password and view any documents and files as if you were at your work location.

How does ES Imaging compare to other imaging solutions?
Many of our competitors require a face to face meeting to demonstrate their product. We have simplified previewing ES Imaging, by providing an interactive demo. We believe our product will speak for itself due to the rich functionality coupled with the ease of use. Introducing ES Imaging and ES Imaging Feature List both identify features that will help your company distinguish our product from others.

How much does ES Imaging cost and how quickly will our company break even on this investment?
Visit ES Imaging Pricing to view the two pricing options. If purchasing licenses best accomodates your business needs, select the 'Calculate ROI' button to determine how soon your company will break even and begin to realize a return on investment.

How do we begin the purchase process for ES Imaging?
ES Imaging pricing offers two options to best meet your business needs. The first is purchase of individual software licenses and the second is a monthly subscription service, known as Software as a Service (SaaS). Visit ES Imaging Pricing to review each option and initiate either a purchase or subscription.

We currently have imaging software, but it does not meet our needs. Can the scanned files (images) be imported and/or converted into ES Imaging?
ES Imaging consultants can work with your company to determine the best approach to converting files. Our software was designed as a non-proprietary solution, which means that our software is not necessary to view images. Many other imaging software companies have proprietary files, which makes the conversion process more difficult, but not impossible.

Will our email address provided during the purchase process be protected from other use?
ES Imaging will not use the provided email address for anything other than communicating with you during the purchase process and ongoing support needs.
